Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
This app, I Was Manifesting Before I Knew It, is operated by BizFit community (the “seller”, “we”, “us”). By using the app you are contracting with BizFit community.
2. Acceptance
By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
3. The service
The app provides digital reading access to the book I Was Manifesting Before I Knew It by Jesse A. Crouch, including a free chapter, and—after a one-time purchase—permanent access to the complete book and guided journaling tools. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind your organization, to use the service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. That includes, without limitation:
- Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or spam-related;
- Infringing intellectual property rights;
- Interfering with the security or operation of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping);
- Reverse engineering the app, reselling or redistributing its content, or circumventing technical limits or access controls.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, the book text, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan (free reader, or unlocked owner). This is a personal licence, not a sale of the underlying content.
7. Your content
Journal entries you write are yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
8. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The unlock is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring billing.
9. Service level
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. If your access ends, you may request an export of your journal entries before they are deleted.
13. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are excused from performance during events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in its courts unless applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to BizFit community via the contact details provided with your Paddle receipt.
